Section 1: No human being in the United States or any place subject to their jurisdiction shall be deprived of the right to live, without due process of law, from the time of conception until the time of birth.
Section 2: The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

The time has come to protect the unborn with this amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The effort to amend the Constitution must begin with Congress, but our representatives are not eager to pursue this course of action. They need to hear from the people; from YOU!

The Right to Live Petition which is circulating now has been started in an effort to send a message to Congress that cannot be ignored. Whether the number of petition signers will be great enough for this to be successful will depend on the efforts of many individuals. It will be up to you and others like you.
