Imagine
Imagine your neighbor's child is drowning. Would you risk your life to save
his?
Imagine your neighbor's child being attacked by an animal. Would you risk
injury to save him?
Imagine your neighbor is about to kill her child. Would you try to talk her
out of it?
Would you?
Over one million times a year, your neighbors kill their unborn children. Millions
of children that will never wear diapers, cut teeth, go to school or learn
to ride a bike. Any disease that killed that many children would demand
that no expense be spared, and every effort made to stop it. The
brightest minds would be brought to bear to cure such a terrible disease.
A loss of innocent human life of that magnitude would consume our
thoughts, direct our resources, and demand our every effort.
But it's not a disease, it is intentional and because of that, we ignore it, or
at least we look the other way. God says that this is WRONG!
Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward
slaughter. If you say, "But we knew nothing about this," does not he who
weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it?
Will he not repay each person according to what he has done? - Proverbs
24:11-12
You can make a difference. First, you must know the truth; the unborn are
living human beings and both mother and child are victims of this atrocity.
It is a fact that many women choose abortion not knowing the truth of what
they are doing. Literally millions of lives could be saved if people would
learn the truth and speak the truth in love. Violence will not end this national
tragedy, only the changing of hearts and minds.
