Section 1: No human being in the United States or any place subject to their jurisdiction shall be deprived of the right to live, without due process of law, from the time of conception until the time of birth.
Section 2: The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Abortion is a very safe procedure

The statistics for abortion complications are included with those of delivery of live babies, so it's pretty difficult to ascertain whether abortion is "safe" in terms of the women undergoing the procedure, but one thing we know for sure: Virtually all the unborn die in this procedure since it is designed to kill them. There is anecdotal evidence that the procedure can lead to many physical problems for women, but the psychological problems are more certain and commonly last a lifetime.

Just like the ovens at Dachau, abortion is safe and effective. Those performing the procedure are protected by law as they perform a “service to humanity”, ridding society of the “undesirable”, in this case, the unborn. The only difference is that in the case of abortion, the victim pays for the privilege.
